1. We only deliver Monday to Friday.
  2. No weekend or Bank Holiday Delivery.
  3. Delivery Terms are ESTIMATED.
  4. Same Day Delivery For Orders Submitted before 11.30 am Mon-Thurs (UK selective delivery areas).
  5. Orders after 11.30 am will be processed the next working day and shipped the next day after processing.
  6. Our Delivery Team may contact you at least 1 hour before your delivery is due.
  7. If you will not be available to collect your delivery order, you will have to contact us as soon as you can.
  8. Our delivery team will not repeat the attempt to deliver if you are not available to collect your order and did not arrange an alternative method.

Shipping will only be made once the payment has been received. The delivery will not be made in the areas not covered by us and we offer free delivery within Nuneaton when you shop for more than £50. All in-stock items will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on Friday will be processed and dispatch on Monday.

We are currently accepting online orders with bank transfer and American Express payment. Once you make an order, you will receive an email notification with confirmation of your order.

We are very cautious to ensure our products will get to you in the best condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to replace or issue a full refund on some products, as long as it is within the statutory cancellation period. Buyers will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Please note that proof of purchase is required. In all cases please speak to our Customer Service and get a return service code before you send an item back to us. The return service code must be clearly written, attached and/or readable on any returned item.

Product returned for any reason within 14 days of original purchase. To request a refund, contact LDV Supermarket Customer Service at (44) 024 7632 9923 or info@ldvsupermarket.co.uk to request for the return procedure. Returns will only be accepted if the item is not used and in its original state. Reimbursement will be issued within a period of 30 days of receipt and will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method.

Replacements and Refunds

If you have to return an item to us as detailed in our return policy, we will arrange for a full refund. You can choose either a refund or a replacement. We will refund your money either in the same way you paid for the item(s) or send you a cheque. Please allow 5 working days.

Non-refund products unless faulty/defective

Frozen or Perishable goods, canned, bottles or sealed products that has been opened.
